Mike Zino

Chief Executive Officer

Mike has an extensive career in the Telecommunications, Distribution, IT Services and Retail Banking sectors including Chief Executive and Chief Officer roles in Operations, Sales and Marketing. He is a Director of 5 OCL companies.

Within the Telecommunications industry has extensive experience as an executive and consultant with Mobile Network Operators in New Zealand (Telecom Mobile) and internationally in the Middle East, North Africa and South America, and as Chief Executive Officer for Brightpoint Inc, in Jordan.

Mike has a BA (Hons) in Social Science and Post Graduate qualifications in Business from Victoria University of Wellington. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.

John Edmond 

(Group) Chief Financial Officer  

John joined OCL from electrical, IT and telecommunication services company Indeserve Limited, where he was CFO. Prior to this he was Financial Controller of Scollay Holdings Limited. Scollay’s principal business was the importation and distribution of telecommunications equipment.

John is a chartered accountant and member of NZICA, he graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  John is a director of several companies within the Group and is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors.

Nick Brown

(Group) Chief Operating Officer

Before joining OCL, Nick held various management and consultancy roles within New Zealand. Prior to this he spent 17 years working in the telecommunications’ industry in Europe. Nick’s experience includes retail, wholesale and distribution, working for companies such as Mercury Communications, Sprint and Pacific Gateway Exchange. He has also set up and run his own pre-paid telephony business. Nick has a BA from Victoria University, Wellington.
